You ring to find out what you need to do;
They tell you;
You get your documentation, You go to fill in the forms;
They say they need (even) more documentation;
You get more documents together, You go to fill in the forms;
They say it's OK;
You fill in the forms;
They ring to say they need more forms filled;
They send you forms;
You fill the forms in,
You send them back;
They send you totally off-the-point letters;
You ring to ask what's happening;
They say "What! Who you? I'll put you on hold ..."

beep
beep
beep
cont...
click
silence . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
You ring back;
They say "What! Who you? I'll put you on hold ..." [repeat ad libitum]
You find the right person
They say "Oh, we don't have the right form filled in. We'll post you more forms."
so it goes ...

*aka "You put your right foot in, you put your right foot out, you do the Hokey Cokey and you shake it all about..."
